Artists-in-Residence in SUNY Schenectady’s 2019-20 Season, Deka Quartet works with SUNY Rockefeller Institute of Government to embark on an exciting pilot program that involves teaching SUNY students as well as children in the Empire State Youth Orchestra in upstate New York.
