JASMINE CHOI, artist-in-residence / flute
Beloved worldwide as the “goddess of the flute” (Korea Times), NYCP’s own Artist-in-Residence concludes her four-year tenure with NYCP with a world premiere by Oberlin student Cashel Day-Lewis, paired with a beautiful piece: Ian Clarke’s Orange Dawn. NYCP bids Jasmine a celebratory goodbye with an appropriate tribute - Haydn’s “Farewell” Symphony.
