Frisson features the best and brightest stars of classical music and, in just a few seasons, has emerged as one of the most popular chamber music groups in America. The ensemble showcases both emerging young artists and seasoned professionals. Many members have performed at prestigious festivals such as Marlboro, Verbier, Spoleto, and Mostly Mozart, as well as at Lincoln Center and Carnegie Hall. Several members of Frisson have been selected for Carnegie Hall’s prestigious Ensemble Connect Program, with many going on to hold principal positions in ensembles like the Cleveland Orchestra and the Metropolitan Opera Orchestra.

El Camino College no longer require the wearing of masks in a performance venue or require proof of COVID-19 vaccination for students, employees, or visitors. It is strongly recommended (but not required) that guests wear a mask while in a performance venue and socially distanced seating of guests is still encouraged. FOR OUR PATRONS WITH SPECIAL NEEDS
Limited wheelchair seating is available in designated areas. A sound amplification system is available for the hearing impaired and with two weeks’ notice, sign language interpreters may be arranged for most events. Contact the Ticket Office for more information.
Child Policy: The Center for the Arts encourages families to enjoy performances together; however, in consideration of other ticket holders, unless specified, most performances are not suitable for infants and toddlers. All persons, regardless of age, must have a ticket. If you have any questions regarding this policy or the age appropriateness of a performance for your child, please email artstickets@elcamino.edu .
Online ticket sales end four (4) hours prior to a performance's scheduled start time. Same day ticket sales are available at the Ticket Office at least 1 hour prior to a performance's scheduled start time.
Parking permits are required for all events at El Camino College. You may purchase a $3 daily parking permit on the day of the performance (cash only) or when you purchase your tickets (online, in person, or via telephone). ***ATTENTION EL CAMINO STUDENTS***
El Camino College Students that are attending an event at a Center for the Arts venue for class credit are required to complete a Student Attendance Check-Out Form. You will receive an email with a link to complete and submit or you may scan the QR Code located in the lobby after the performance. Please be sure to submit the completed Student Attendance Check-Out Form within 48 hours of the event you attended to receive class credit.
